This one day course has been designed for people looking for their first experiences with playing gongs. There will be the opportunity to play up to 25 different gongs. The learning objectives are:-

• To learn about different gongs

• experience a gong bath

• learn basic playing techniques for sound therapy

• Sound interacting with the body - the sciency bit

• find your way through the myriad of stands and mallets

• Take part in a Gong Jam!

• have fun!
